Return Policy

You can return your True Cubes tray for a full refund (return shipping expense excluded), for any reason, within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. True Cubes has a 12-month home-use warranty and a limited* 6-month commercial-use warranty on parts. If under normal wear and tear, and if the product has been used in accordance with the directions in the printed insert and/or on this website, for home or commercial use, respectively, your True Cubes tray breaks, True Cubes will replace the part or the entire unit at our cost.

*For the commercial warranty, the business must notify True Cubes that the trays will be used for commercial purposes within 15 days after purchase. Simply listing the legal commercial business name (or dba) in the checkout is sufficient for notification (i.e. Doug's Grill & Bar or Mountain Top Resort) or send an email to True Cubes to notify us of commercial use before or within 15 days after purchase.
